LCD Design & build was established in 2012 an based in Chertsey.
My name is Lee Davis and I'm a certified carpenter and joiner (City & Guilds) who has progressed my qualifications with an ONC/HNC in building studies and project management.
we have built an admiral reputation in the building industry mainly focusing on house extensions, loft conversions and renovations in the South East London areas.
Our aim as a company is to understand what the customer really wants to achieve in their dream home.

Over the years the company has expanded and this has enabled us to provide the planning and design phases, along with the actual build services.

We can develop a project for you from drawings that you provide to us, or alternately we can provide you with technical drawings and help you through the design phase including structural engineering, planning in which is a process that people can find very daunting along with the actual build and completion of your dream. Our Approach
We work closely with local architects, structural engineers and county planners to ensure that your project application has the best possibility for approval. Our aim is to take all the stress out of your early stage in the design phase there for giving you more time to spend with your family and finishing details.

Before any of our projects start, we always map out a schedule of works to allow the client stating what will happen and when. this helps our clients to arrange their home life with as much normality as possible and is a key factor in both parties.
